    What am I paying for on TripoSplat?

    You are paying for the hosted Gaussian workspace: sign-in, generation credits, stored PLY and SPLAT history, billing, and support. The browser tools on the same domain stay free.

    Do I need a paid plan to use TripoSplat?

    Choose a credit pack to generate. New signup and guest bonuses are paused; existing credits retain their original validity.

    Which TripoSplat plan fits a first test?

    Take the smallest one-time pack first. A default TripoSplat job costs 48-72 credits depending on the Gaussian budget, so one pack lets you test a few scenes before committing to a monthly plan.

    Are the local browser tools credit-free?

    Yes. The local browser tools do not use your TripoSplat credits.

    How many TripoSplat runs does one credit balance cover?

    One TripoSplat balance covers every hosted image-to-3D job. A default Gaussian run costs 48-72 credits, and raising the Gaussian budget or the inference step count moves that figure.

    What is the validity window on paid credits?

    Paid credits keep the validity shown on the pack you bought. If a paid job fails, the restored credits keep their remaining validity.

    What changes the credit cost of a Gaussian run?

    The cost is displayed before you generate. It follows the Gaussian count, inference steps, guidance scale, output format, and the provider's pricing rules.

    Are prompt helpers charged separately?

    Yes. Translate to English costs 1 credit and Auto-optimize costs 2 credits per successful request. Attempts that return nothing usable are not charged.

    How do I stop a TripoSplat subscription?

    Open the billing page in Settings and cancel there, or email support@triposplat.com. Cancelling ends future renewals; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, unless a refund is approved under the refund policy or required by law.

    Who do I contact about billing or refunds?

    Email support@triposplat.com and tell us which plan you are comparing. We can review your credit usage and fix a billing issue from there.

    Is checkout on TripoSplat secure?

    Payment runs on the provider's own hosted or embedded checkout (Stripe, PayPal, or Creem), so card details never reach this site. Your plan and receipts then appear in your account.
