• fraud, impersonation, scams, deepfakes meant to deceive, or harmful misinformation
• illegal drugs, trafficking, weapons for unlawful use, or instructions for criminal conduct
• copyright, trademark, or publicity-right violations where you do not have the required rights or permissions

Prohibited behavior

You may not:

• try to bypass moderation or safety filters
• scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform
• create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• abuse credits, refunds, chargebacks, coupons, or payment flows
• reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the service or its providers
• use automated access in ways that exceed documented or intended product boundaries

User responsibility

You remain responsible for the prompts, uploads, outputs, and downstream uses connected to your account. If your work involves real people, brands, copyrighted material, or sensitive subject matter, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions before using the service.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and frequency, TripoSplat may:

• block the request
• warn the account
• limit access to parts of the service
• suspend or terminate the account
• deny refunds where policy abuse is involved
• report unlawful conduct when required by law
