- image to 3d: Gaussian PLY Output | TripoSplat GuideSee the clicks behind “image to 3d” on a rival page, then download a TripoSplat Gaussian splat as PLY or SPLAT. Rival clicks are not our traffic today.
- Turn One Photo into a Gaussian Splat File | TripoSplatUpload one clear photo when you want to orbit the subject. TripoSplat downloads a Gaussian splat as PLY or SPLAT, not a printable mesh. Open the generator next.
- Image to 3D Without a Local GPU | TripoSplat GuideThe generator page says you do not install a local GPU. TripoSplat turns one image into a Gaussian splat and lets you download PLY or SPLAT. Start on one image.
- A Gaussian Splat Is Not a Printable Mesh | TripoSplatA PLY or SPLAT splat is for turning a subject around in the browser. It is not an STL solid. Read this before you send the file to a printer. Not a solid part.
- Open a PLY or SPLAT File in the Browser | TripoSplatIf you already have a PLY or SPLAT file, open the free viewer. That path does not spend a generation credit. Use the generator only when you still have a photo.
- Questions Before You Buy Image-to-3D Credits | TripoSplatBuy credits only after you know the download is a Gaussian splat. This page lists the questions to ask. Prices and pack sizes stay on the pricing page.
- Photo to 3D File: a Splat Is Not Always a Mesh | TripoSplatThe phrase from a photo to a 3D model is ambiguous. TripoSplat publishes a Gaussian splat as PLY or SPLAT. A mesh for editing or printing is a different file.
- One Lighter 3D Preview Before You Create an AccountThe generator says the first run is a lighter preview, one per visitor, with no sign-in. Later runs stay in account history. This page quotes no credit grant.
- Frame the Subject Before Image-to-3D | TripoSplat GuideA small subject in a busy photo is a common reason a splat looks empty. Crop so the subject fills the frame, then upload that one image to the generator.
- View a File You Have, or Generate a New Splat | TripoSplatUse the free PLY viewer when the file already exists. Use the generator when you only have a photo. This page keeps those two jobs on two different buttons.
- Ask If Image to 3D Means a Splat or a Mesh | TripoSplatWhen you ask an assistant for image to 3D, ask what file comes back. TripoSplat's published answer is a Gaussian splat as PLY or SPLAT, not a print-ready mesh.
