When a splat looks empty, the usual cause is the photo, not a secret setting. The subject was small, cut off, or sitting in a crowd of other objects. Crop until one subject fills the frame, then generate.
Use the edges of the picture as a test. If you can name a second object that is as large as the subject, crop again. The generator receives one image and returns one splat. It does not pick your favorite object out of a shelf.
Leave a little space around the subject so it is not clipped, but do not leave a ballroom of background. A tight, honest crop beats a clever prompt. This product starts from the image, not from a paragraph of instructions.
If you are unsure, run the lighter preview on the cropped image rather than on the original collage. Spending the preview on a bad frame teaches you nothing about the product. Spending it on a clear subject teaches you whether you want the splat.
A failed or empty look is a reason to change the image. It is not automatically a reason to change plans. The pricing page does not repair a photo. The generator cannot invent a subject that was never in the frame.
After a good crop works, download PLY or SPLAT and open the viewer. Keep that file. If you need a mesh later, start that search with the knowledge that this file is not one.
